A Parody of U.S. Absurdity

It is November 5th, 2024 and American voters are out in droves to vote for the future survival of true democracy. About half of American voters, approximately 167.5-million, are voting for the two Republican candidates. The other half are voting for the other two Democratic candidates. Who are the Republican candidates? Here are their portrait-photos:

Presidential candidate Bernie Madoff and Vice-Presidential running mate, Ted Bundy

What are Bernie Madoff’s qualities? First and foremost is Madoff’s financial genius and empire he created through his Fonzi-Ponzi Fund. He promises Americans millions in economic returns. Second, he is an expert in wall constructions. In fact, he will soon be on the cutting edge of small cell-like confinements for any criminals that try and cross his Madoff Wall system! And third, Bernie Madoff promises his mega-wealthy investors Carte Blanche in environmental change opportunities on unprecedented scales, done in less than 20-years that Earth won’t be recognizable to even the most astute observers. I mean, who can’t vote for this fine gentleman and future leader of the world?

Bernie Madoff’s Vice-Presidential running mate is the one and only Ted Bundy of Burlington, Vermont. Bundy is best known for his diplomatic prowess and quirky charm so much so that his foreign and domestic guests would die for more time with him! Another top quality Bundy possesses for role of Vice-President is his family values, especially women’s rights, or rather no rights. Finally, VP candidate Bundy has vast experience in presidential campaigns; he worked for Nelson Rockefeller’s unsuccessful presidential run as well as Arthur Fletcher’s state and federal career and campaigns for, yes, you guessed it, Affirmative Action as the Revised Philadelphia Plan for more equality across genders and social equity, primarily for women since Bundy’s natural gift was diplomacy with women.

These Republican candidates are a very strong ticket for the Party which is exactly why about half of American voters are casting their precious voice with these two fine, upstanding men. If the Madoff-Bundy Republican ticket wins this presidential race, our country will be in very good hands with a fabulous future in store that the rest of the world will envy! No doubt about it.

    • It really does Roger. I used to be a bit proud to be an American 10, 20, 30 years ago, and even more so an 8th-generation Texan and my native home state.

Not anymore. Since 2015 when Republicans allowed the Orange Orangutan Baby into federal politics, things have gotten worse and worse every 2-years and 4-years. In Texas it started after the late Governor Ann Richards lost to George W. Bush in 1991. My state has dropped horrendously in every single Quality of Life index since then except in our economy, i.e. money, wealth accumulation, and corporate red-carpets.

Otherwise, Texas is and has been going for a long time in the bottom-half or the bottom-third (or worse) of all 50 states. What does THAT tell you? 😔🤦‍♂️

        • It’s about to get REAL REAL bad here Roger. Here’s what I just commented over on Shelldigger’s blog on last night’s election results:

It is now way beyond any reasonable human comprehension that around half or just over half of voting Americans—in the swing states!—chose the most indecent, most imbecilic, hate-ridden un-Americans (tRump & Vance) into the White House. No amount of intelligence can explain the sheer stupidity of the lower IQ American population.

Right off the top of my head, here is what is in store for us, the USA, and the rest of the world, especially in Eastern Europe and elsewhere:

There goes Ukraine — tRump will hand them over to Putin in every way he can assist directly and indirectly. Next will be the weakening of NATO.

SCOTUS will become more extreme-Conservative — tRump appointed 3 Justices in his first term. In this second term he could appoint as many as 2-3 more Justices. Think of ALL those ramifications of a biased, ideological Supreme Court not only on the federal level, but state levels as well.

No True Justice Served — tRump will now walk away free from any J6 crimes, forever! He is above the Law of the Land thanks to the SCOTUS he will operate with total impunity.

Women’s Rights Further Gone — no explanations needed. It will get worse for women, medical doctors and medical staff to save mothers’ lives.

Project 2025 Playbook Initiated — many of our sacred government institutions/agencies are going to be dismantled, revamped to suit tRump’s and his MAGA official’s ideological agenda essentially rewriting our U.S. Constitution. Democracy’s death is all but a done deal by 2030.

Free & Fair Elections — will be at high risk of being at least partially abolished by tRump and Project 2025, possibly done away with all together.

These are just six (6) major overhauls coming down the White House pipeline when Project 2025 gives tRump unprecedented, unchecked raw power and authority of the U.S. It’s in writing via Project 2025. We are just one tiny step away from being an autocracy and further oligarchy to the Nth degree. Most likely these and many more destructions are on the way.

Roger, I am already furthering my plans and implementing my move out of this lost country and become ASAP an ex-patriot somewhere where people are much smarter and already have a successful Nordic Model economy, and government of effective (semi?) socialism as opposed to what the U.S. has become and is becoming more so: a hyper-capitalistic nation for the wealthiest only.

          • I can well understand your reactions PT, and wonder how many Americans will seek to leave.
A version of refugees and immigrants fleeing their homeland.

In a land overflowing with guns and feelings running high, how far off is communal violence between groups?

If you can find a video with the in-house commentary from Fulham… 🤣🤣

            • Yes, I caught some of the game, at least more of the 2nd half. Crazy crazy busy day for me.

Won’t go into much detail, but my cardiologist said today I have AFib due to my high-stress life right now. Will be wearing a heart monitor next week for about 4-6 weeks. 🙄 Other tests are lined up thru the end of December.

Anyway, your Reds poured it on Leverkusen. Congrats! 🙂

            • Absolutely it is stress related.

I’ll bet my shirt on it.

I have an irregular heartbeat. It probably goes haywire under stress.

Many moons ago I collapsed and it was thought I had a heart problem. After extensive tests they found nothing wrong and suggested it was likely stress related.

Then they sent me the farking medical bill!!!!! That was a good reason to have a heart attack. Frak me!

This is another reason to choose the right football team to support.

You might need to look into that?

My sister was hospitalized recently after being misdiagnised as having had a minor heart attack.

Sometimes when people put the fear of god in you/up you there is the real chance you will end up developing the problem you were misdiagnosed with.

Relax my friend… We are all going to die but in the meantime there is still plenty of living to do.
