They are those wands with a strong electrical-static charge when touched to skin or some electrically conducing object. They make a LOUD crack when going off. Women (subs, bottoms, or Switches) say it feels a bit like a small bee-sting or horse-fly bite, but soon dissipates after… unless of course used repeatedly in half-second intervals. 😈
